If you bring tech packs, reference bags, or artwork files, we can cut patterns, test handle ergonomics, and produce a finished sample in our studio within 24 to 48 hours for immediate sign-off.
What humidity and quality controls are implemented to protect goods during sea voyage?
Natural golden jute contains inherent plant moisture. To prevent mold or mildew during 25-45 day ocean freight, we rigorously verify that fabric moisture is below 14% using calibrated digital pin meters. Finished bags are sealed inside heavy polyethylene liner bags within 7-ply heavy corrugated cartons accompanied by food-grade silica gel desiccant packs, and strapped with high-tensile polypropylene bands.
