Artisans are compensated at wage rates that consistently exceed the notified statutory minimum wage guidelines set by the Government of West Bengal. Remuneration is disbursed on time every month via direct digital bank transfers or secure physical wage envelopes with signed pay-slips. In addition, artisans receive statutory festival bonuses during Durga Puja, annual wage increments, and overtime allowances calculated at double the regular hourly rate.
