For boutique startups or corporate test runs, we can evaluate trial batches of 200 to 250 units with standard plate setups. Full 20ft (approx 28,000 to 35,000 bags) and 40ft High Cube containers enjoy maximum economies of scale.

Digital 2D CAD mockups with exact pantone matching are shared within 24 to 48 hours. Physical prototypes with strike-off screen prints and custom handles are fabricated in our workshop and dispatched via DHL or FedEx Express in 5 to 7 business days. Sample development fees are 100% credited against your subsequent production PO.

Yes. All screen printing formulations utilize AZO-Free, zero-heavy-metal pigments compliant with EU REACH Annex XVII and US California Proposition 65. Our golden jute fibers are 100% biodegradable, and our polypropylene (PP) interior moisture linings are food-grade certified for supermarket grocery reusability.

For standard wholesale export orders, we operate on 30% advance deposit by international wire transfer (T/T) upon purchase order sign-off, and the remaining 70% balance against copy of Bill of Lading (B/L), packing list, inspection certificate, and commercial invoice. Irrevocable Letters of Credit (L/C at sight) are welcomed for full container volumes.
