What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for custom bags?
Our standard factory production minimum is 500 pieces per style/size for custom dimension bags or custom screen printed designs. For standard stock sizes with a single-color logo, we can accommodate evaluation trial runs starting at 200 pieces. For custom yarn-dyed fabric weaves or custom Pantone-dyed fabric rolls, the MOQ is 2,000 pieces to fulfill mill dyeing minimums.
Can I mix multiple bag sizes or handle colors within a single order?
Yes. You can order multiple sizes or colors within a single shipment. We require a sub-minimum of 250 pieces per size/color variation to maintain efficient production runs and print screen setups.
Can I place repeat re-orders with expedited turnaround?
Yes! For repeat orders with unchanged dimensions and artwork, we archive your digital printing screens and CAD cutting patterns. Repeat orders bypass the prototyping phase, cutting lead times down to 15 to 20 days.
How do your prices compare to Indian trading companies and agents?
Because we operate our own cutting, printing, and stitching plant in Bally, Howrah, you bypass the 15% to 25% agent commission charged by merchant exporters. You receive direct mill FOB Kolkata prices, full transparency on fabric GSM, and direct contact with our production engineers.
What are your standard commercial payment terms?
Our standard payment term is 30% advance bank wire transfer (T/T) upon Proforma Invoice confirmation to commence fabric procurement, and 70% balance payable upon presentation of a copy of the clean On-Board Ocean Bill of Lading (B/L). For full container loads (FCL), we also accept Irrevocable At-Sight Letters of Credit (L/C).
Are there any hidden charges like screen setup or plate fees?
No hidden charges. For orders meeting 1,000 pieces or more, all silkscreen plate setup costs are completely waived. On smaller trial runs, screen setups are billed at nominal factory cost ($15 per color) and credited back against your next re-order.
What is the difference between Jute, Cotton Canvas, and Juco?
Natural Jute: 100% bast fiber, rustic earthy texture, high tensile strength, and outstanding biodegradability.
Cotton Canvas: Soft, smooth hand-feel, machine washable, and ideal for fashion tote retail lines.
Juco Hybrid: A luxury 75% jute and 25% cotton interlace. It combines the structured rigidity of jute with the ultra-smooth print surface of fine cotton, perfect for intricate multi-color boutique branding.

Is your internal lamination food-grade and eco-friendly?
Yes. We offer both food-grade Polypropylene (PP/LDPE) ultra-thin lamination for moisture resistance and wipe-clean capability, as well as 100% plant-starch biodegradable corn-based compostable film for zero-plastic eco campaigns. Both films are free from phthalates, BPA, and heavy metals.
Are your natural fibers hydrocarbon-free?
Yes, 100%. Traditional raw jute processing historically utilized mineral batching oils. At EcoMart Fabs, all our export fabrics are processed with certified vegetable oil-based batching lubricants, rendering them completely odorless, non-toxic, and compliant with EU and US food contact guidelines.
What printing methods do you support in-house?
We deploy multiple branding technologies: Precision Silk Screen Printing (up to 6 colors with AZO-free water inks), High-Definition Digital DTF Transfers (for photographic artwork and gradients), Metallic Hot Foil Stamping (luxury gold, silver, copper), 3D Puff Inks, and Computerized Multi-Head Embroidery.
How accurately do you match Pantone colors on natural jute?
We calibrate our ink formulations using spectrophotometer software against Pantone Solid Coated (PMS C) standards. Because unbleached jute has a natural golden-tan base tone, we lay an opaque white underbase where necessary or recommend bleached white jute/juco to achieve 100% color fidelity.
Can you produce custom retail woven labels and barcode hangtags?
Yes. We provide complete private-label OEM packaging: damask woven side seam labels, organic cotton care tags, custom die-cut kraft barcode hangtags with hemp twine, and individually poly-bagged retail presentation.
What is the standard production timeline for a commercial order?
Standard production runs of 1,000 to 10,000 bags take 15 to 22 business days from pre-production sample sign-off. Full 20ft ocean containers (18,000 - 22,000 bags) require approximately 25 to 30 days. Full 40ft HQ containers (40,000 - 50,000 bags) require 35 to 40 days.
How do you enforce quality control across large volume runs?
We operate a 4-Tier QC Protocol: Raw fabric inspection on arrival, print registration checks on flat panels, hourly roaming in-line stitch audits, and final AQL 2.5 lot inspection. Additionally, 100% of finished bags pass through a conveyor metal detector to guarantee zero broken needle fragments.
Can an overseas buyer visit and tour the Bally factory floor?

We enforce a strict triple-barrier moisture protocol: Fabric moisture is oven-conditioned below 12% before stitching; goods are packed in heavy 7-ply virgin kraft corrugated cartons lined with sealed polyethylene bags and active calcium chloride desiccants; and container ceilings are equipped with container dry poles.
What documents are provided for customs clearance at our port?
We provide a complete zero-defect export documentation package: Signed Commercial Invoice with detailed HS Codes, Packing List with gross/net weights and dimensions, Clean On-Board Bill of Lading (B/L) or Air Waybill, Certificate of Origin, REX self-declaration statement for EU/UK duty preference, and ISPM-15 Fumigation Certificate.
